Non so se è una informazione diffusa (e in questo caso cestinate il tutto), ma navigando su internet ho fatto difficoltà a reperirla.
Ho trovato il modo di rendere l'intera interfaccia del client Notes con il font Calibri.
Il blog di riferimento è questo (non voglio sicuramente prendermi il merito)

I passi da seguire sono i seguenti:
- chiudere il client di lotus notes
- prendere il file C:\Program Files\IBM\Lotus\Notes\framework\shared\eclipse\plugins\com.ibm.notes.branding_8.5.1.20090929-1223.jar
- modificare al suo interno il file notes_plugin_customization.ini inserendo alla fine com.ibm.rcp.ui/UI_FONT_FACE=Calibri
- salvare il file jar e sostituirlo al precedente (magari facendosi un backup del file)
- cancellare il file C:\Program Files\IBM\Lotus\Notes\Data\workspace\.config\org.eclipse.update\platform.xml che verrà ricreato al successivo riavvio.
- riavviare il client notes.
E' scontato dire che i percorsi C:\Program Files\IBM\Lotus\Notes vanno adeguati alla propria installazione.
La modifica è provata su un client Notes 8.5.1, ma vista l'architettura funzionerà quasi sicuramente su tutti i client 8.x.x (in questo caso il file jar ha un nome diverso ma inizia comunque con com.ibm.notes.branding_xxxxxxx.jar

Hi! I wrote the original instructions on the lotusblogg.atea.se blog. To get it to work on 8.5.2, do the following:
- Shut down Lotus Notes
- Copy com.ibm.notes.branding_xxxxxxx.jar to a empty temp folder
- Extract the file com.ibm.notes.branding_xxxxxxx.jar using Winzip or Winrar to a new folder
- Edit the notes_plugin_customization.ini
- Add com.ibm.rcp.ui/UI_FONT_FACE=Calibri
- Save & Close
- Mark all files in the folder and zip the files
- The name of the zip file should be com.ibm.notes.branding_xxxxxxxx.zip
- Rename the file to com.ibm.notes.branding_xxxxxxxx.jar
- Rename the original com.ibm.notes.branding_xxxxxxx.jar to com.ibm.notes.branding_xxxxxxxxx.jar_OLD (VERY IMPORTANT!)
- Copy the new com.ibm.notes.branding_xxxxxxx.jar to C:\ Program Files\IBM\Lotus\Notes\framework\shared\eclipse\ plugins\
- Delete the file C:\Program Files\IBM\Lotus\Notes\Data\ workspace\.config\org.eclipse.update\platform.xml that will be recreated at the next reboot.
- Start Lotus Notes
